By accepting these terms and conditions you are deemed to agree to and comply with the following:
1. In consideration of the payment you will be provided with access to the Horsey Course/s of your choice, for your personal use.
2. You represent and warrant that:
a. Any use of Horsey Courses is for personal use, and not for the use of a club, group or society or other group of persons of any kind;
b. You are aware that riding and handling horses can be dangerous and horses can be unpredictable, therefore any use of Horsey Courses either ridden or in hand is solely undertaken at your own risk, and Horsey Courses will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss.
c. Prior to undertaking any Horsey Course you will be responsible for assessing the appropriateness of the content with regard to the conditions, your skill levels and your horse.
d. You will not reproduce or on-sell any content from your Horsey Course for commercial gain in any way.
3. Horsey Courses and Flying Changes Coaching do not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to riders, horses, owners, spectators, property or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever during their use of any Horsey Course.
4. You accept that the format of Horsey Courses means that any training is not bespoke, and therefore you must rely on your own judgement with respect to the conditions, your skill level and your horse as to whether to proceed with any suggested exercises, either ridden or in hand. Neither Horsey Courses nor any trainer participating in Horsey Courses can be held liable for any accident, loss, damage or injury to horses or riders or handlers or other person whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever during their use of any Horsey Course.
